The LAWLISTS Terms of Service are very simple:

• Thou shalt not spam.
• Thou shalt not veer too far off the list's designated topic, for the list administrators' patience is not great.
• Thou shalt not redistribute, gateway, or otherwise automatically forward list messages to other addresses or locations.
• Thou shalt not republish or archive postings unless otherwise expressly permitted by the list administrator.
• All list administrators are required to maintain their lists in accordance with prevailing anti-spam and privacy-friendly practices, including the following: only list subscribers may make postings to lists, all list subscriptions must be confirmed by the subscriber, and list administrators must keep their subscriber lists confidential.
• All subscribers are required to adhere to these policies and the policies set forth for each list, and will otherwise be bound by basic concepts of Mailing List Netiquette (RFC 1855, Section 3.1.2).
• The site administrator does not review postings to lists and is not liable for content distributed via the list. If you believe improper, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content has been distributed via the list, please contact the site administrator.
